Bushfire assistance
In response to the devasting bushfires, Maroondah City Council has provided staff to assist the Shire of Yarra Ranges in their work, as well as staff to work at the Yarra Ranges Municipal Emergency Coordination Centre and the relief centres at Yarra Glen and Healesville.
Rebuilding and recovery of communities affected by the bushfires will continue for many months. Maroondah will continue to provide support to those agencies and Councils requiring assistance during this time.

Refuge and relocation
- If seeking refuge from bushfires, if possible please stay with family and friends. Once relocated to safety, please register with th Red Cross on 1800 727 077.
