Place of Work & Travel to Work
Based on data from the 2006 Census, these documents show where Maroondah residents work and where people who work in Maroondah live. They also show the methods of travel to work.
The maps and charts in the Profile show the Local Government Areas (LGAs) in which employed Maroondah residents work and in which people who work in Maroondah live. The Profile also identifies local travel patterns, showing the origins (by postcode area) and destinations (by Destination Zone) of people who both live and work in Maroondah.
The method of travel to work information shows how people travelled to work on the day of the Census (8 August 2006).
